      WUHAN JUST Science & Technology CO. LTD is a private-run new-high-tech enterprise focusing on development and service industry of computer software. With registered capital of RMB 10,820,000, the company currently has 75 employees, representing compound technical professionals familiar with tax, finance and computer software as well as a highly efficient management team.

     Since its establishment in 1997, WUHAN JUST Group has been witnessing rapid development of business. And, the ‘CSK horizontal interconnected system’ developed in 1999 was spoken highly of by leaders such as Jiang Zhuping, Governor of Hubei Province and Deng Daokun, Deputy Governor of Hubei Province and was required to be extended throughout of the province. The system is currently the only horizontal interconnected system capable of large-scale continuous application domestically. Between 2002 and 2003, the company continued to perfect the functions of the software during the process of extending and implementing the CSK horizontal interconnected system’, summarized various advanced experience and business processes, improved compatibility of the software according to different service needs and processes and made preparations for large scale extension and acquiring market shares all over the country. So far, the company’s horizontal interconnected system software product has been upgraded to V3.0 and been extended by a large scale in Hubei and Hainan, winning unanaminous good appraisal of the users as well as affirmation of competent administrative departments such as the Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Tax and the Head Office of the People’s Bank of China, Administration General of Treasury. In addition, the company is developing other products surrounding finance & tax reform and management and maintains a leading position in the field. In 2002, the company successfully developed financial/accounting centralized accounting system to provide financial accounting of Haikou, Hainan with appropriate solutions, laying a solid foundation for subsequent participating in the ‘golden financial project’; in order to improve data transmission and network safety, the company successfully developed Just Firewall, passed testing of safety products organized by? the Ministry of Public Security, obtained sales license , received Certificate for Testing of Confidential Information System Products granted by the State Bureau of Confidentiality System Safety& Evaluation Center and put the product into uses in the financial field. In 2004 and 2005 respectively, the company completed extension and implementation work of the interconnected system in 16 prefecture-level cities under direct jurisdiction of the People’s Government of Hubei and 92 districts/counties.
